During the past weeks some very interesting changes have been made to the retention pond in Hartung Park.  I was not able to get complete information on the project, but I believe the islands will bloom into natural water purification plants.  Here’s the Midwest Floating Island Facebook page with some interesting information:  Click Here.   Take a walk over and have a look.
